Kosten der Rücksendung
Du kannst innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Die Portokosten für die Rücksendung trägst du; bitte verschicke das Paket ausreichend frankiert, am besten mit Sendungsverfolgung. Den Kaufpreis und die ursprünglichen Versandkosten erstatten wir vollständig.
Umtausch
Du brauchst eine andere Größe? Schreib uns an shop@italianmode.at. Wenn die Größe verfügbar ist, reservieren wir sie für dich.
Mängel und Gewährleistung
Ist ein Artikel fehlerhaft, gilt die gesetzliche Gewährleistung von zwei Jahren. Melde dich mit einem Foto des Mangels bei uns; wir übernehmen in diesem Fall die Rücksendekosten.

Return costs
You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You pay the postage for the return; please send the parcel with enough postage, ideally with tracking. We refund the full price and the original shipping cost.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at shop@italianmode.at. If the size is available, we'll reserve it for you.
Defects and warranty
If an item is faulty, the two-year statutory warranty applies. Send us a photo of the defect and we'll cover the return postage.
